Your Next Chair

How it works

Your lobby, staffed
by a web page.

A customer at your door sees which pros can take them right now and books on the pro's own page. Your TV updates itself. Your empty suite gets inquiries. Your pros change nothing.

Live, right now

This isn't a mockup. Tap it.

A demo building with fictional pros and one real calendar. The phone is what a client sees after scanning your door code. The TV is your lobby. Both update themselves every minute.

Add-on · Front Desk

Nobody answers the building's phone. Now something does.

An AI receptionist on your building's number. It knows every pro, who's open right now, and who does what, so callers get sent to a chair instead of voicemail. Suite inquiries land with you. Anyone who needs a person rings your cell.

  • Reads the same live openings as this page, and never picks favorites
  • Takes the name, specialty, and a confirmed number from every pro asking about a suite
  • Keeps your number. You forward it, and switch it back any time

More about Front Desk ›

This is the front desk of the demo building above. Try being a customer, a stylist looking for a suite, or someone who wants a real person.

Right in your browser. No phone needed.

  • “Anyone doing balayage today?”
  • “I'm a nail tech looking for a suite.”
  • “Can I talk to a real person?”

What changes for you

Three things a front desk used to do. Now the page does them.

Walk-ins become bookings

Someone at your door scans the code, picks a service, and sees every pro who can take them in the next hour, soonest first, with the suite number. One tap books on that pro's own page.

A customer who can't find an open chair in a minute leaves. Now they don't.

The TV runs itself

Your lobby screen shows who's taking clients now and who's next, and re-draws every minute from the pros' real calendars. No slides, no USB stick, no updating it on Sunday night.

Any TV with a browser, a $50 stick, or an iPad on a stand.

Empty suites find pros

Turn on "Suites available" and the same page carries an Ask-about-a-suite box. A pro looking for a suite lands on a building full of working pros with live openings, and their name and cell land in your inbox.

Twelve thousand people a month search "salon suites near me."

Plus one link for your Google listing and your ads that lands on real openings, with every click counted by campaign, and a results page you can forward to corporate: taps, walk-ins, which pros are getting clients and which spot sent them.

Setup

Three people, three small jobs.

Nobody installs anything. Nobody switches apps. Most buildings are live within a week, and half the pros connected is plenty to start.

01

About an hour, once

You

  1. 1Create the account and paste your pro roster (a spreadsheet is fine; we can pull it from your website).
  2. 2Hit one button: every pro gets their personal connect link by email.
  3. 3Print the QR sheet. Open the screen link on the lobby TV.
02

Two minutes, from their phone

Each pro

  1. 1Open the link. No login, no app.
  2. 2Confirm their booking page and paste one calendar link from GlossGenius, Square, Vagaro, or Booksy. The page shows the exact taps.
  3. 3Done. Their openings show automatically from then on.
03

Ten seconds

Each client

  1. 1Scan the code at the door, the suite, or the screen. Or tap your Google listing.
  2. 2Pick a service. See who's open now, then later today, then tomorrow.
  3. 3Tap Book. They land on the pro's own booking page.

Why pros say yes

We read. We never write.

  • Busy and free times only. Client names, services and notes are discarded the moment we read the feed and never stored.
  • Bookings happen on their page. A client from the building is a normal booking in the app they already use.
  • Free to them, and reversible. One tap disconnects and deletes their link.
  • They see the number. A monthly note: how many clients the building sent them. That's why they stay connected.

How each app connects ›

A pro who never connects still shows up with their hours and a Book button. Nobody gets left off the list.

The hard questions

What if half my pros never connect?+

Then half your pros show live openings and the other half show their hours and a Book button. The walk-in queue works at a third of the building. Pros connect when they see the monthly number their neighbors are getting.

My pros are on four different apps.+

That's the normal case. GlossGenius has a calendar link in Settings; Square, Vagaro and Booksy sync to Google Calendar, which has one too. The connect page shows each pro the exact taps for their app.

Do I need new hardware for the lobby?+

Only something that shows a web page: the smart TV you have, a $50 streaming stick, or an iPad on a stand. If your TV runs off a USB stick today, it can show a QR slide until then.

Can each location pay separately?+

Yes. Each location can have its own card, or several can share one, and every location still gets the rate for your total count.

What does it cost?+

$129 per location per month for 3–5 locations ($149 for 1–2, $99 for 6+), two months free if paid annually. First 30 days free, no card to start, no setup fee, cancel any time.

Who owns the data?+

You do: your pros, settings, and reports, exportable any time. Pros own their links and can pull them. We own the software.
