Lobby directory

The lobby directory that knows who's open.

Salon suite buildings don't have a front desk. Yours gets a lobby screen, a code on the door, and a page that show every pro and who can take a client right now, straight from the pros' own calendars. A walk-in finds a chair in ten seconds instead of leaving.

What you get

One directory, everywhere a customer looks.

The lobby screen

Who's taking clients now and who's next, on any TV with a browser. No slides to update, no USB stick.

The door code

A QR code on the door, in each suite and on the screen. Scan, pick a service, see who's open, tap Book.

The building page

The same live directory at a short link for your Google listing, Instagram and ads, with every pro on their own page for search.

Add Front Desk and the building's phone is answered too, by an AI receptionist reading the same live openings.

Questions

What is a digital lobby directory for a salon suite building?+

A screen in your lobby, a QR code on your door, and a web page that list every pro in the building, what they do, and who's open right now, read live from each pro's own booking calendar. It does the job a front desk person would do for walk-ins: point them to a chair.

How is this different from a directory board or digital signage?+

A board or a slideshow lists names. This shows who can take a client now, later today and tomorrow, updates itself every minute from the pros' calendars, and lets a customer book on the pro's own page in one tap. Nobody has to update it when a pro moves in or out of their schedule.

What hardware do I need?+

Anything that shows a web page: the smart TV you already have, a $50 streaming stick, or an iPad on a stand. The QR codes print on a sheet we generate for you.

Do my pros have to change booking apps?+

No. Each pro pastes one calendar link from what they already use: GlossGenius, Square, Vagaro, Booksy or Google Calendar. Bookings stay on their own page. A pro who never connects still shows with their hours and a Book button.

What about the building's phone?+

Add Front Desk, an AI receptionist that answers your building's number with the same live openings, captures suite inquiries and gets you on the line when someone needs a person.

Can it help fill empty suites?+

Yes. Turn on "Suites available" and your building's page carries an Ask-about-a-suite box; a pro looking for a suite sees a building full of working pros, and their details land in your inbox.

How much does it cost?+

$149 per location per month for 1–2 locations, $129 for 3–5, $99 for 6 or more, two months free paid annually. First 30 days free, no card to start, no setup fee.
